The Olympics are underway and we're holding a contest for an Olympic-themed build to celebrate!
The winner will be decided by a vote on-site and there's a prize of set 21051 Tokyo Skyline up for grabs!
Rules:
* You can submit multiple entries
* Competition closes 20th August 2021
* Please post your entry in the comments below
* Entries can be made out of LEGO bricks or digitally
* Entries must be your own work
* By entering you accept that we will share your entries on Irish LEGO User Group Social channels (we will fully credit the build to your Irish LEGO Group username

I think it's fair to say that Winter Olympics are also fine for a theme, in case anyone's wondering!

A feature of world competitions is their mascot, this is "Someity" para Olympic games mascot. Not much pink in my hoard, the blue might have been easier!

A skydiver, a scubadiver, a pirate( "it be like a plank") ,an astronaut (giant leap version) and eris the eagle -my money's on eris! Dubious qualifying criteria!!!

I’m happy to take a part but I packed all my bricks and moved to new house.
I’ll try do something new. Can I add old my creation what I made for Lego competition?

Love the side story of the medal robber. He wouldn't hit a girl with gloves! The MMA fan in me sees the blooded ropes!

Equestrian with a throwback to what lego people were before minifigs ruled, obviously the mare isn't a purebred but clears fences sponsored by cargo world, clear brick gives a clear round over this one

Imperial cycling team have a Way about them ,nothing to see here regarding blasters! I've got rugby covered too. Rex is slightly illegal on that trike.

I don't think the Russians will take offence but our neighbours could. Where does the lego logo beanie in the injector come from

110 hurdles -any species, rare appearance and an unfair height advantage, but lolly for Yeti , bronze medal is being disputed so we'll see how that pans out although if you're not first you're last! rickybobbys words not mine
