I'm currently using the highly sophisticated method of a white bedsheet to protect my city layout against dust. It's a good 5 years late so there's plenty of dusting required on the older bits but better stop the rot now than have a worse situation later.
I was wondering however whether or not UV rays will still pass through the sheet? If you see some light ie not pitch darkness under the sheet is that UV light?
Does anyone know anything about this? In reality for me yellowing is a bigger issue than dust so perhaps I need a thicker sheet or something else..
