This years Employee Christmas Gift is a Technic Nutcracker. 4002017
Unless you want to pay over 200 euro for one of the many already appearing on eBay you might want to build your own. Excellent photos and a lot of the instructions are available here (http://www.sohu.com/a/209625457_716296).
There should be enough to make a reasonable attempt at the model.
Looking at the photos is seems using Technic has made it an overly complicated build, but still I think it looks well when finished.
