Very quick John. I kinda feel embarrassed with the countries I got… France, Australia, Denmark have got so many recognisable symbols…but I am going to ensure Tunisia gets a visible part in it

I'm not going to kick it but it takes a little abuse ,marginally bigger than a golf ball, and despite edges has roll on momentum

So this is my tribute to all the teams of Group D:
France; Australia; Denmark and Tunisia

Featuring (poorly) The Arc de Triumph; a version of the Eiffel Tower that makes you wonder how it took the Lego group 10,000 pieces to replicate; some french chefs cooking a BBQ with a kangaroo at the beach; and Denmark playing Tunisia with the flags in the background.

Titled: 'Every Team is Awesome'
Because i based it on the layout of 40516.

If they’re cooking llama, my ‘kangaroo’ has some real tough decisions to make about her disguise and her commitment this

Didn't you put that version of The Eiffel Tower into Ideas? The flags of some countries are so hard to replicate unlike  colour bands , love the Roo too

Lol, didn't see your email in time John. I had a hard enough time finding parts to do the build I did end up doing! This is the problem with reorganising and continuous sorting.

OK, second try, site crashed when I tried to post a few minutes ago. I'll pop up this summary and then add pics after just in case I overloaded it last time. I had England, USA, Iran & Wales so loads of material to choose from right?? I opted not do a WC themed model and instead cos of the time of year that's in it went for something festive, namely a scene based on A Christmas Carol (England). It's Scrooge's counting house with Cratchit working away, Scrooge giving out about something, probably the carollers outside or the size of the fire that Crotchet has lighting. Santa is leading a provisions cart down the street and there's a few other bits and bob's going on.
