Title: Shamrock Bricks Logo
Post by: wallyjarek on September 21, 2022, 08:49 pm
This model was created spontaneously.
I tried to reproduce to some extent, but also added some detail.
I figured a smooth gray back (city background) wouldn't look good.
The clover rotates, the model is 8 dots deep and almost 1.5 meters long (6BP without 2-4 dots).
It is divided into 12 modules to facilitate transport.
Due to the clover and its different dimension compared to the original, I had to stretch the center a bit, but overall I tried to keep the proportions.

A St. Johns spire to cap off the horizon. A real version of a logo is a great idea

It looks really well, though 'created spontaneously' and 1.5metres long MOC are not words I generally associate with each other. Very impressive

It was like that, one day I said to Davenocheese maybe I should build our logo.
I designed in stud.io letters first, ordered parts and I made it in few afternoons with good help and advises from few people.

Thanks John.
